One beam in. 23 measurements out.
Principle
// 00
Each test is ranked on its own. A fast chip can still lag from idle or stall on memory — one number would hide that. Prismark shows you where a processor is strong, and where it isn't.

macOS, Windows and Linux, for x86-64 and ARM64

macOS.dmg Windows · x86-64, portable.zip Linux · Debian, Ubuntu.deb Linux · Fedora.rpmHow multithreaded work scales across every core, serial parts included.
Short interactive tests, and one core after a warm-up at full load.
Memory delay from L1 to DRAM, and how late a 1 ms timer fires.
The lag of work that arrives while the processor is resting.
Speed, clock, temperature and correctness under the hottest load.

kinds of work, 23 measurements.
05 · on request · 10 minutes or more
Vector maths on one core, all cores, or each core in turn at its own boost. The score is the speed in the 10th minute — and one wrong answer makes the verdict FAILED.
method
Prismark never touches power settings; every test records the conditions it ran under (power source, power mode, clocks) and prints them next to the number.
